How to preserve evidence in case of BJ77 payment or withdrawal issues
Last verified on August 3, 2026: No reliable evidence has been found that BJ77 supports any specific MFS, bank, fee, limit, or processing time. If you have already sent money, do not send it again; preserve the TxID, time, amount, recipient, and transaction status beforehand.
It is not confirmed which methods are supported
Although bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are well-known mobile financial services in Bangladesh, no evidence has been found that they support BJ77. Do not make payments based on logos, screenshots, or chat messages.
- Write down what the recipient's account name and number show on the transaction screen.
- Stop if a different personal number is given each time.
- Keep a written description of why the money is being sent.
- Preserve the confirmation screen without showing the PIN/OTP.

Money has been sent, balance has not increased
- Check the payment provider's record for success, pending, or failed status.
- Preserve TxID, date, time, amount, recipient, and source domain.
- Take a screenshot of the page balance and message; cover the PIN/OTP.
- Ask questions with TxID through the provider's genuine channel.
Withdrawal pending or processing
No reliable processing time for BJ77 has been found. Therefore, do not decide based on “usually a few minutes” or a specific deadline. If there is a withdrawal status in the account, write down the submission time, amount, reference, and each status change.
- Time of request and shown status
- Screenshot with the time of the next change
- Written reason or requested document
- Copy of the terms/conditions at that time
Do not send NID or selfie to any chat account. Request a written reason for the delay; if the status resets repeatedly, preserve each version.
Withdrawal rejected or returned
Check the account name, payment account status, and written rejection reason. Claims to release money with “more turnover,” “another deposit,” “give tax first,” or “unlock fee” are high risk. Do not participate again to recover losses.
- Take a screenshot of the rejection message and balance.
- Keep the terms version at the time of request.
- Check the provider record if there is a mismatch in the recipient's name or account.
- Request a written reason without making further payments.
Seek assistance from MFS or the bank
Use only the provider's own App, the number on the back of the card, or previously saved official channels. Do not use search ads, random phone numbers, or chat forwards.
If you suspect the recipient's account has been used in fraud, report it quickly. If you notice signs of your account takeover, you may temporarily request a financial account freeze or security review according to the provider's own process.
Evidence pack for complaints
Create a timeline
- The first domain or message you saw
- TxID, time, amount, and recipient of each transaction
- Balance/status changes and each communication
- Relevant information about phone number, username, email, and device
- Total loss list—do not count the same money twice
Do not edit the original screenshot. If necessary, cover personal information in a separate copy and keep the originals in a read-only folder or secure backup. Take a full-page screenshot and export it before the page or chat is deleted. Never write PIN or OTP in the evidence file.

There is no reliable BJ77 deadline. You want a written explanation recording status and time.
Do you have to pay a “verification fee” to release the money?
This is a high-risk signal. Do not send money and keep evidence.
Does bKash or Nagad support BJ77?
These are local known MFS, but there is no reliable evidence of BJ77 support.
What evidence should I keep for the complaint?
Keep TxID, amount, time, recipient, domain, chat, and status screenshot; not PIN/OTP.
